Announcement of Intent to Hold 2022 Annual General Meeting and Call for Nominations

Dear Member

 

The Board of Action Learning, Action Research Association Ltd announce the intention to hold the 2022 Annual General Meeting.

The meeting will be held as both an electronic meeting between 30 October and 12 November and a video conference (via Zoom) on Sunday 13 November 2022. Members may participate in either of these two parts of the meeting.

Vacancies exist on the Board (three positions) and the Committees Group (seven positions). Financial Members are invited to nominate for the vacant positions or to propose non-members who will be willing to work with ALARA in these important positions. Nominations must be made on the nomination forms and received by Tuesday 4 October 2022 (9.00 am Eastern Australia Daylight Time).
