Action Learning Workshop

Action Learning Workshop with Bob Dick in Brisbane, Australia, 12-13 September

An action learning set -- that is, an action learning project team -- can achieve multiple outcomes. It can design and implement complex projects. As it does so, its team members can improve their skills in decision making, problem solving, planning and implementation. Increasingly, these are skills of relevance to team leaders and team members in modern organisations.

When: Thu, 06/04/2017
Where: 2/27 Jordan Terrace, Bowen Hills, Qld, Australia

Building relationships, crafting agreement from disagreement

Though it was a hard lesson, Bob eventually learned that relationships are important. When they are sound, everything else is easier. For an educator, a facilitator, coach or change consultant, developing and maintaining good relationships provides a sound foundation for effective work.

In this conversation we’ll examine processes for building relationships and, as necessary, managing disagreement.
